Reporting to the CEO, the General Counsel will provide strategic and operational leadership on all legal matters pertaining to the Company. The General Counsel will oversee work completed by outside counsel and other external partners to ensure appropriate management of risk and alignment to Mineralys objectives and priorities. As a member of the Executive Team, the General Counsel will act as a key advisor to the CEO and will contribute to the development and execution of corporate objectives and strategy.   Specific responsibilities will include: Oversight of the legal function. Development and implementation of legal strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing clear and high-quality insights on legal and broad-b
