About the Position: The Government & Public Affairs Director is a vital role within AAA, focusing on Political Action Committee (PAC) management, external affairs, government affairs relationship building, advocacy committee management, and operational coordination. This role is essential for advancing the Association's goals through PAC activities, fostering strategic partnerships, engaging association members, managing/developing community initiatives, and ensuring smooth scheduling and operations. Policy initiatives will be guided by the Contract Lobbyist and Executive Vice President (EVP), while this position will primarily handle PAC operations, external affairs, strategic relationship building, and day-to-day internal management tasks.
