The Child Life Clinical Coordinator functions as part of the department leadership team providing mentorship, competency development, and evaluation. Provides departmental leadership in the managers absence. Performs the duties and responsibilities of a child life specialist through age-appropriate therapeutic play activities and other experiences to minimize the negative emotional and development impact of hospitalization.
