The Center for Infectious Diseases in India (CIDI) in the Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking a Research Data Analyst (RDA) to lead analytics for multiple projects within the Center. The RDA will be active in the data pre-processing stages as well as analysis and interpretation of results. The RDA will be involved in designing and developing analysis plans involving basic genomic analysis and epidemiological methods. The position will interact with other data analysts, Genomics experts, and clinicians. This position requires collaboration with clinical and scientific investigators in research/study design, data analysis plans, grant applications, and preparation of presentations and publications.
