Occupational Health Analyst
Occupational Health Analytics sits at the intersection between employee operations, employee health, and patient care. Until Covid, UCSF had no process or resources dedicated to continuously tracking employee health and exposures at an organizational level, except for basic vaccination compliance. As part of Covid response, temporary analytic scaffolding was created to track employee population covid exposures, as well as determining the source of exposures to contain the spread of disease.
