Program Specialist Trainee
This position will be responsible for learning to review and analyze assigned expedited review certificate of need (CN) and licensure applications, transfer of ownership, and waiver requests assigned by the Team Leader and/or the Director of Certificate of Need and Licensing (CN&L). The selected candidate will learn to process and draft decision letters. Learns to conduct research and preparation of new or revised administrative rules for CN and health care facility licensure activities.
