Overview:The Corporate M&A Counsel will report to the VP, Deputy General Counsel and work directly with the SVP, General Counsel and other C-suite leaders across the Company. This position will have significant responsibility and autonomy for managing a broad range of transactional and M&A matters, providing corporate advice, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, and assisting with corporate governance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and aptitude for balancing the competing demands and priorities of the Company.
