The Director of Disability & Access Services assists the University community by providing guidance, empathy, excellence in service, while ensuring regulatory compliance for individuals requesting reasonably mandated accommodations. This individual provides for and sets the departmental tone/standards for ensuring outstanding, timely, caring, compliant service to students, and in certain circumstances for faculty, staff and guests.
