Assistant Director, Systems   The Assistant Director, Systems will be responsible for the system administration and management of all current systems and tools used in Recruitment and Staffing such as: applicant tracking system, staff and leadership assessments, reference checking, video interviewing, background checking, drug testing, etc.  This individual will troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes & enhancements for all HRRS systems-and serve as a point person for integration with the core HR system.  This role will also oversee the requisition process, data reporting & analytics.    Responsibilities include evaluation of current systems, assisting with design and implementation of new syst
