The Director of the Office of Medical Cannabis will act as the division director and will provide leadership and strategic direction in the state’s efforts to permit Minnesotans with qualifying conditions access to treatment with medical cannabis.  The director ensures all activities follow the laws/policies of the state, acts as the key contact for the Office of Medical Cannabis, and works with a wide array of individuals and constituencies, internal and external to MDH, for the benefit of the program.
