The Affordable Housing Programs Coordinator is responsible for providing our on-site teams support, managing the MFTE recertification process. This is a hybrid position and will require working at various properties in the Greater Seattle market as needed. JOB DESCRIPTIONManage the MFTE extension process by meeting the submission deadlines for individual properties to requalify residents and keep in compliance with local laws for affordable housing.
