Provides administrative support to regional campus, Division of Advanced Manufacturing, and Division of Skilled Trades. Serving as the initial point of contact for students, community members, parents, and visitors. Tracking placed orders, organizing meetings, and supporting activities of the campus and the divisions.
Serves as the initial point of contact for prospective students, current students, parents, visitors, and community members contacting the campus by phone, in person or via email. Delivers a high level of customer service by being knowledgeable about all areas of the college and providing accurate information in a timely fashion or making referrals to other college departments as needed.
Assists with daily activities of the campus including greeting visitors, answering the telephone,
and distributing mail.
Assists with special events and event scheduling including room reservations, set up, and signage.
Support Skilled Trades Division and Advanced Manufacturing Division by:
Attaching faculty to courses in PeopleSoft
Perform assigned PeopleSoft functions
Attend division meetings and take minutes, if necessary
Perform general administrative support duties to support divisions
Place service calls for printers
Place IT and facility work orders
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education/Experience Requirement:
High school diploma/GED and one year of related experience, or equivalent.
Two-year degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with others
Strong computer skills
Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
