Venable LLP's Land Use and Zoning group seeks an associate to join the practice in the Tysons and DC office. The qualified candidate has a minimum two years of experience in zoning and land use, real estate, or related fields, preferably including contact with all levels of local government staff and elected officials. Experience with rezonings, special use permits, comprehensive plan amendments, and proffer statements strongly preferred.
