The Director, Due Diligence for Alternative Investments is part of the Wealth, Trading & Production Solutions (WTPS) department. This role will complete initial and ongoing due diligence reviews across (non-daily liquid) alternative investment product lines (such as exchange funds, hedge funds, managed futures funds, non-traded BDCs, non-traded CEFs, non-traded REITs, private equity, real estate private placements and 1031 exchanges); analyze investment management teams, strategy, structure, performance, regulatory compliance, fees and distribution capabilities. Evaluate marketplace trends, build external relationships, expected to be a subject matter expert in firm-wide business and regulatory initiatives. Lead and influence internal multi-department meetings with key stakeholders.
