POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Retail Supervisor assists with daily department operations of the retail shops at Dana-Farber. The Supervisor is directly responsible for the supervision of retail operations employees and daily workflows including facilitation of daily work assignments, trouble-shooting problem patient issues and staff training and education.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversees day-to-day department workflow, activities, and allocation of resources.
