Position Summary This position consults with the Office of Research Regulatory Support (ORRS) staff and other regulatory experts on campus to develop training materials that meet the needs of trainees and regulatory requirements. They will analyze knowledge transfer efforts and assess instructional needs. They will use instructional design principles and computer knowledge to design, implement and evaluate self-paced online trainings, instructor-led workshops, presentations, instructional materials, lesson plans, and participant guides. They will encourage best practices in training design, delivery, assessment, and evaluation, including recommendations on content sequencing, balancing cognitive load, maintaining attention, and other specialized techniques.
