The primary responsibility of this position is providing a superb customer experience. The Customer Experience Ambassador will engage customers and staff and actively participate in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Duties include greeting all customers with a smile and positive attitude and assisting them as needed. The focus will be meeting/exceeding customer needs with the understanding that many customers are associates on a limited lunch break or visitors with friends and/or family in critical health situations. This position is cross-functional and assigned areas include but not limited to cashier/dining room, food preparation, food service, and fresh food bar. This role is also responsible for preparing, serving and maintaining the quality of hot or cold food items as well as maintaining an orderly work area. Must meet production/service deadlines and demonstrate cost conscious behaviors. Must have detailed knowledge of food items and ingredients and interact positively with customers to answer questions and promote food offerings.
