The class works under direction and requires experience in and knowledge of public or business processes and procedures in order to coordinate daily and long-term workforce training program operations at The Excellence Training Center (ETC). Assists and supports director and program managers with administrative and operational needs. The office administrator will be the first point of contact for visitors at the ETC. In addition, incumbents will be responsible for completing assignments that require research, selection, and application of policies and procedures using independent judgment to make adaptations, modifications, and recommendations; assignments have clear and specified objectives and require the investigation of several variables. May act as a lead worker over lower-level support personnel.
An associate degree and/or at least two years of related on-the-job experience.
Bachelor's degree and experience in advanced manufacturing.
