Description

• Provide on-going system production support
• Problem diagnosis, resolution analysis, and liaise regionally and globally with business and system groups to follow through the support items
• Monitor application components
• Debugging the system and fixing the production related issues
• Escalate / follow-up on permanent fix for development related issues
• Knowledge and understanding of trade lifecycle and message workflow
• Develop and execute quality test plans for the system rollout and managing UAT
• Overall project coordination and delivery management for global projects involving trading platforms, new markets, regulatory compliance initiatives and risk
• Coordinate with primary stakeholders and delivery team regarding strategic release management planning activities

Profile

• Degree Holder in Technology or related disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of Electronic Trading systems, FIX protocol, and EMS, OMS, ISV and trade & order lifecycle is a must
• Good knowledge of trading connectivity and market infrastructure
• Practical knowledge of financial markets and applicable regulations
• Excellent knowledge of market access products and services
• SQL & Access proficiency (ability to create, maintain, alter & query databases)
