Position Information Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Educational Instruction, this position is responsible for coordinating the daily operational activities in the area of medical education including organizing instructional activities, classes, and various course components for the clinical faculty and medical students. Assists with Block Coordinators to identify tutors/lecturers. Establishes backup lecturers as necessary. Assists with weekly schedules for lecturers for curriculums. Organizes classroom and small group sessions. Coordinates weekly assessment and final exam for clinical faculty and students. In this role, incumbent will have direct contact with the students on a daily basis and will be the primary point of contact during the academic year. The budgeted hiring maximum is up to $68,900.

Ability to generate computer reports, checking for errors, correcting and submitting accurate reports. Skills include entering, maintaining, extracting, and analyzing data in electronic systems.
