Major, Lindsey & Africa has been retained to conduct a search for an executive leadership role in the International Legal team of Walmart, leading its international legal operations and proactively preparing the company for the future legal and regulatory environment. The successful candidate has at least 15 years of relevant legal experience, with a preference for significant experience in corporate, M&A and/or corporate governance at a publicly listed company. Legal experience working in-house for a multinational corporation strongly preferred, particularly experience in Latin America and/or Asia. Relocation to Bentonville, AR required. Must be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state and in good standing in that state.
