Function/Duties of PositionConceptualizes, plans, implements and directs the provision of pharmaceutical care through clinical pharamcy services, with an emphasis on adult inpatient services. This position will work directly with the Chief Pharmacy Officer to prioritize work in alignment with the OHSU Partners Strategy, OHSU Enterprise Strategy, and Pharmacy Departmental Strategy. This position is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of innovative, systematic, safe and timely solutions which continually improve the quality of patient care services and systems. Assures appropriate level of program offerings, access, and consistent levels of service quality, regulatory compliance and fiscal performance. Required Qualifications
