The Washington DC office of Hunton Andrews Kurth’s Global Technology & Outsourcing team seeks a Law Clerk with at least two years of transactional experience.  This practice handles leading edge technology and commercial contracting matters for some of the largest, most dynamic retail, consumer products, energy, financial services, healthcare and manufacturing firms in the world.  Experience in outsourcing, IT procurement and/or fintech transactions is ideal, but not essential. A strong candidate will be personable, technology-savvy, and have a strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, excellent drafting skills and be both detail-oriented and able to demonstrate leadership and initiative. Candidates also should display an interest in a tech-focused, client-centered practice and the ability to work effectively and be a contributing member within a team of lawyers in the firm's nationally-recognized practice group.  Hybrid remote working models may also be an option for the right candidate, depending upon the level of experience and a demonstrated ability to successfully work remotely in Virginia or Washington, DC.  DC bar membership required within one year of joining the firm.
