AV Integrator Home Automation Lighting Sales Manager
Summary
ELCO Lighting, an established lighting fixture manufacturing company in Los Angeles is looking for an individual to grow and develop our integrator AV sales channel. We need an energetic, highly-motivated sales professional who can develop this new sales channel.
We are looking for a sales manager with experience in both lighting and the AV channel to pioneer our growth in the AV channel. The position requires an individual who has experience in lighting sales as well as well established relationships within the integrator channel with sales reps and integrators. An ideal candidate understands the recessed lighting product needs of AV installers.
Primary Responsibility
Increase Sales within the Integrator AV Home Automation channel
Hire, train and Manage Sale Agencies
Educate customers and sales reps on product line
Travel 3 weeks of every month
Help guide product development and channel specific product needs
Set up and attend trade shows and sale meetings
Establish and meet sale goals
Develop and implement sales strategy
Review and report sales activities to CEO with recommendations on improving
Requirements Include
Experience with LED Lighting within Integrator AV Channel
Experience with AV Sales Reps and well established relationships
Experience selling to AV Dealers
Good written and verbal skills
Ability to work independently
Los Angeles based
