Senior Market Sales is seeking a Senior Associate Counsel responsible for providing legal advice, practical management and related guidance to ensure the Company’s operations are conducted in compliance with ethical business practices, Company policies and legal/regulatory requirements. This position will advise business units and protect the Company’s interests in all corporate, legal and regulatory matters. Attorneys with 3-5 years of corporate law and/or compliance experience and licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska encouraged to apply.  Experience in the insurance industry or related field preferred.
