This position will (1) Understand, develop, document, and validate all HIM workflows related to HIM systems software including but not limited to EpicCare Electronic Health Record, EDCO/Solarity and Hyland Onbase systems; HIM workflows include: Release of Information, Document Imaging, Chart Deficiency/Analysis, Provider Notification/Suspension and Patient Identity/Chart Corrections ; (2) Build collaborative relationships with leadership, HIM staff, and other technology specialists to define and support business processes through information technology solutions; (3) maintain thorough knowledge of technical support in conjunction with HIM operational workflows; (4) assist analysts in designing and building tools for users and groups of users as needed; (5) act as a c
