Responsible for sourcing of the candidates as per the requirement and support business in timely hiring for the vacant positions in Band 1 & 2 for QC Function and LVP Block and maintain the agreed hiring ratio at all times.
Be the On-Boarding specialist ensuring early assimilation of employees in the system.
Prepare the Induction Plan for the new joinees and ensure the adherence.
Ensure issuance of appointment/confirmation letters to employee on date of joining /confirmation.
Responsible for establishing strong connect with the workers and be the HR point of contact for QC Function and LVP Block.
Support the employees in timely grievance redressal thereby helping business maintain cordial.
Employee Relations at site Responsible for Talent Management and support business in effective Performance Management, Feedback, Counselling and merit of QC Function and LVP Block.
Responsible for effective Succession Planning for QC Function and LVP Block along with Development Roadmap and Future Potentials.
Support the WLA and Employee Engagement initiatives for the Baddi site.
Point of contact for employee health insurance process and address employees queries related to health insurance.
Support plant team achieve successful audit for Quality/Regulatory/HR & Statutory audits.
