The Conflict of Interest (COI) Program in MSKs Compliance & Internal Audit Department seeks an Institutional ComplianceManager . Join a highly motivated and effective team!
Serve as a key member of MSKs Conflict of Interest (COI) team, performing individual and institutional COI-related reviews and related compliance monitoring activities.
Under limited supervision, manage COI requirements associated with a portfolio of clinical personnel and clinical research in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and MSK policies and standards.
Lead data analytics and reporting for portfolios under positions purview.
In partnership with subject matter experts across MSK, build networks to maintain knowledge and collaborate on best practices; leverage knowledge to make recommendations and optimize MSK processes and practices.
Identify and assess needs; develop, plan, implement and manage projects, assignments, and trainings accordingly.
Direct and manage staff work to achieve unit goals.
7-10 years of professional experience.
Experience in a healthcare or academic medicine environment strongly preferred; clinical research administration experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and high-impact processes involving multiple stakeholders and systems and complex regulatory analyses and data.
Strong written and oral communication skills; an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and build partnerships.
Strong analytical skills; an ability to gather, interpret, and present data.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
