Medical Staff Services Coordinator FT Days Position Summary
Coordinates and assists in the development, planning and operation management of the Medical Staff and Allied Health Professional Personnel enabling them to fulfill their duties and obligations as defined by national regulatory agencies (such as JC) and the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations as delegated by the Hospital Governing Board. Promotes and enhances good communication and positive working relationships between facility Administration and the Medical Staff.
MEDICAL STAFF SERVICES COORDINATOR FT DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Associate Degree or High School diploma with equivalent in relevant experience, required
Preferred: Bachelorâ��s degree, Certification by the National Association Medical Staff Services Professionals (CPMSM and/or CPCS)
3 years of Medical Staff Services experience including credentialing in an acute care setting. Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills. Experience in hospital administration;
Management experience in hospital/health care environment;
