Provide guidance to Yale faculty and staff throughout the research and development process and ensure clear and effective implementation of research across the enterprise, including presentations for funding agencies/sponsors, senior management and external parties.13. Responsible for planning, executing, evaluating, and directing development programs and projects 14.Represent Yale in leadership roles with the internal process owners, service providers and other regulatory bodies. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory agencies.17.Lead, grow, and develop a team of talented change management resources to drive impact across the business, including hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and program staff.Develop policies and procedures for effective management and coordination of all related staff and programs.
