This Project Coordinator will be responsible to:
Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments.
Develop project related deliverables with direct supervision, including improvement action plans, process workflow diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, status reports, communication plans, and meeting minutes.
Work with Project Manager, assist in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project.
Monitor project schedule as assigned.
Maintain document control, database management, track project activities and team communication.
Conduct literature searches and reviews, compiling information for background and publications.
Assist in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside entities.
To qualify you must have:
The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts typically acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in a health related field and at least 1-2 years' experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related role. Master's degree preferred.
The ability to effectively coordinate the activities of employees within assigned unit/department.
Technically competent with various software programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Familiarity with project management software a plus.
