Facilitate the Material Approvals Process (MAP) to enable the business while ensuring all regulatory, legal, medical and compliance obligations are met, collaborating across stakeholders to support their objectives, maintain high quality standards, and maximize efficiency in an omnichannel marketing environment.
Major Activities; * Business Partner - Executes on commercial and advertising agency plan to prioritizes material development and MAP review in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Quickly identify solutions and communicate expectations while building collaborative relationships. * Process Management - Serve as the centralized "knowledge hub" of the material approval process and asset development process, providing guidance to asset owners on requirements to efficiently navigate MAP in an "audit-ready" environment. Evaluate content to ensure it meets MAP input requirements and standards of readiness. Serve as central point of contact for Reviewers, Project Owners and Agencies through the asset lifecycle (planning, concept/review, release, withdrawal). * Facilitation - Lead effective review by driving early planning and prioritization, strategizing submission requirements based on activity, ensure all Reviewers provide clear and actionable feedback, clarify ambiguity, chair live meetings, document outcomes, and communicate next steps. * Continuous Improvement - Support process improvement activities, agility, and collaboration within and across brands and franchises as we shift to a personalized, digital model * Culture Champion - Exemplify a collaborative, agile, solutions-oriented style to ensure MAP is seen as a competitive advantage through a time of rapid transformation; Foster adoption for new ways of working by maintaining operational performance
