Employee Health Analyst - Employee Health â Full Time 8 Hour Days (Non-Exempt) (Non-Union)

The candidate will display recognized leadership and sound organizational and analytical skills under the direction of the Director of Employee Health in completing analysis of the services, processes, and delivery of care.Â Evaluate the needs of the organization, regulatory requirements, and JCAHO standards against the services provided in Employee Health. Redesign internal process to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Assess and develop initiatives in wellness to improve workforce health. Develop ongoing metrics and reports for medical center leadership. Develop models and processes for appropriate employee health surveillance of a geographically expanding clinical workforce.
Minimum Education: â¢Bachelorâs Degree required. â¢Masterâs in Public Health, Public Administration or Health Administration preferredMinimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢1-3 years applicable experience performing analytic and reporting tasks using data extracted and aggregated data from various operational reporting sources within a hospital/healthcare environment. Required License/Certification:â¢Fire and Safety Certification. If employee does not have card upon hire one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
