The Office Coordinator position is responsible for the office operations of the department. Coordinates workload distribution among Clerical Staff, and conducts training programs to keep staff abreast of current regulatory requirements and accreditation of programs. May assist in developing policies, procedures, and objectives.
The ideal Office Coordinator candidate is someone with effective communication skills who is organized, flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
