Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute full cycle recruitment in support of our field and corporate hiring needs.
Provide world class customer service to hiring management and the talent community.
Serve as a talent acquisition company ambassador to internal and external customers.
Source candidates and build talent pipelines via our applicant tracking system and other passive methodologies.
Thoroughly screen and assess candidate applications for qualifications.
Facilitate interviews using our artificial intelligence based scheduling tool.
Present offers of employment and successfully fill all assigned positions with top talent in a high volume talent acquisition environment.
Requirements: Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
Bachelor's degree in a business related field.
0-2 years of relevant recruiting experience. This is an entry level role.
Excellent customer service, team work, organizational, communication, learning, and computer skills.
