We are searching for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to join our team located at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.
As an Human Resources Coordinator, you will work with Reynolds new, current and former employees to assist in the hiring, administration and training processes and provide HR support to plant population including employee relations on a variety of issues. You will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate the pre-employment testing, background checks, physicals and onboarding of new hourly and salaried employees
Respond to employee questions and issues regarding a wide variety of issues (benefits, work schedules, transfers, promotions, safety, unfair treatment, performance, personal issues, pay, and company policies)
Communicate with the plant and company employees concerning the Reynolds benefits program
Explain company benefit programs and answers questions about eligibility, coverage and new enrollment and yearly open enrollment
Process hourly and salaried payroll transactions
Assist in HR investigations and compiles and maintain company EEOC and Affirmative Action reports
Ultimately, your role will be the critical first impression to the Reynolds workforce.

We need you to have:
BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
3+ years of related professional and progressive Human Resource experience preferably in a Manufacturing environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization
Icing on the cake:
Advanced degree in Human Resources or a related field
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification
Experience using ADP and other HCM systems (ATS, Performance Management)
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures used in the Consumer Packaged Goods and/or manufacturing industry
