The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for the direction and leadership of the compliance program for Erlanger Health System and its affiliated entities (“EHS”), including clinical healthcare regulatory compliance, compliance audit, and privacy compliance. This is a mission critical position dedicated to the development of a compliance program serving the needs of an organization committed to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate
Minimum of ten years of compliance experience in an acute hospital setting, including experience interacting with Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board or full Board.
Thorough knowledge of healthcare and research compliance and the regulatory requirements affecting an academic medical center.
Demonstrated experience managing a comprehensive Compliance Program, including developing and implementing appropriate training and internal monitoring activities, and an experienced team of compliance professionals.
