Develop and maintain relevant policies and processes for SeaTown's ESG implementation and capabilities
Maintain and enhance monitoring and assessment of ESG-related (including environmental risk) performance metrics & exposure
Coordinate and oversee governance policies and processes including SeaTown's voting and corporate actions
Ensure adherence to UNPRI and relevant regulatory guidelines with respect to ESG
Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support the integration of ESG policies in investments and evaluate ESG-related analysis
Initiate ESG training and develop ongoing training agenda across the firm to build ESG awareness and culture
Reports for Board, senior management and investors (monthly/quarterly) on ESG-related issues and analysis across various funds and asset classes e.g. public equities, public credits and private investments
Proven relevant experience (at least 7 years) in ESG investing for asset managers
Relevant experience in ESG assessment, data, frameworks, reporting and up to date with industry best practices.
Experience in private markets preferred
Strong problem-solving and project management skills required
Ability to interact with a range of stakeholders internally and externally.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines & priorities
Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Knowledge of Factset, Tableau or SQL preferred but not necessary.
