The Ocean Partnership has been engaged to recruit an exciting opportunity to join a leading global investment solutions partner dedicated to improving their customer's financial security. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a sophisticated Sales Support function and engage to support the sales efforts and assist the team in reaching their targets and deliverables.
As the Sales Support Associate, you will act as an extension to the Sales team and responsible for responding to queries, engaging in client contact, delivery of reports managing all aspects of travel and liaising with external offices for when teams and individuals travel. In addition, you will liaise closely with compliance when submitting presentations to ensure that all presentations meet company and regulatory standards. This is a focal point role and requires the Associate to be highly organised and able to handle multiple conflicting priorities.

Support the sales team in answering/responding to queries over the phone or via e-mail.
Delivery of reports and team deliverables on a consistent basis.
Manage the logistics of team travel and trips which include booking flights, hotels and processing visa applications.
Creating and submitting sales/client presentations that are in accordance with compliance and regulatory standards.
Maintaining a strong and consolidated document library that can be easily accessible by the sales team.
Produce reporting and data that improve the way the team responds to client queries.
Similar Sales Support/Client support experience within Asset Management ideally working with Retail/ Wholesale clients.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage prioritise competing priorities.
Driven team player who has worked in a fast paced sales environment.
Previous exposure to CRM technology such as Salesforce is highly advantageous.
