Support the department's day-to-day administration such as timely information co-ordination and submissions, meetings' scheduling and calendar management.
Monitor and ensure the department's compliance to mandatory requirements and internal controls such as compliance leave, mandatory training courses, regulatory and risk control self-assessments.
Handle the administration of the various Risk committees eg. Credit Risk Management Committee and taskforce meetings.
Coordinate the department's annual budgeting exercise and monitor the department's cost management to be within planned budget.
Assist policy managers with submissions from stakeholders and subsidiaries on policy inputs/updates/renewals, including timely uploads of approved policies to the website.
Support the running of the Group and Subsidiary Policy Management modules in areas such as alerts management, dashboards, quarterly reporting and exception management. Conduct system training and handle system and policy-related queries from various risk depts and subsidiaries for both UAT testing as well as pre- and post-system go-live.
Maintain the training quizzes including coordination of revisions, update of procedures and trainee records.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Able to work independently with little or no supervision
Good aptitude, keen to learn and open to new administrative tasks or assignments.
