Summary The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent will have responsibility for three distinct areas; product, people and profit. Product will include assisting the Golf Course Superintendent in Golf Course, maintenance facility, equipment repair and maintenance, club house grounds, landscaping and related structures and buildings (pump stations, comfort stations, etc.). People include assisting with hiring and training and providing direction for team members within company set processes and guidelines. Profit includes meeting or exceeding the established standards for guest satisfaction as well as labor cost control / management.
