In this role you will have a wide range of duties and will be in a standalone role in the London office.
Lead and/or participate in complex cross-functional projects (such as Managing with Data and Operational Excellence including Continuous Improvement) and initiatives in support of strategic business, regulatory or operational objectives. Ensure the prioritization (notably w.r.t quality, time and cost) is well defined and ultimately delivered.
Support the ideation phase by conducting in-depth research and analysis (e.g. analysing the value and robustness of the concept, cost/benefit, scope and business requirements definition, dependencies and risks).
Support the project execution phase by conducting various complex analyses (i.e. gap analysis, impact analysis, process mapping, FTE impact).
Consider both the upstream and downstream business impacts related to process changes and/or enhancements; continually re-evaluating the approach by considering the purpose and added value to the business.
Ensure effective and timely update of the project materials (e.g. project plan, agenda/minutes for meetings, management reporting)
Communicate regularly with a variety of audiences, including presentation of analytical findings, with the effective use of presentation materials to highlight key dependencies, risks and recommendations to all levels within the organisation. Adapt the level of detail and use situational agility based on the target audience.
Facilitate discussions to resolve issues and drive decisions.
Given the fund structures you will ideally have experience of OEICs and have a solid background of project related work within fund operations.
