Corporate Associate

Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of transactional matters including, but not limited to: M&A, Private Equity, and other corporate business matters
• Counsel and advise clients on joint venture formations and complex regulatory issues
• Work with a wide range of clients in the sports, energy, and technology space

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience (previous Big-Law experience a plus)
• Previous experience in M&A, PE or general corporate transactions
• JD (top 30 law school a plus)
• In good standing with at least 1 state bar
