Assistant Company Secretary - Investment Management Company

The Assistant Company Secretary will provide support to the group with duties including but not limited to:

• Maintain up-to-date company secretarial system and database
• Provide prompt and accurate company information to different parties
• Oversee and handle company secretarial matters for companies incorporated in Hong Kong and offshore jurisdictions
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance and other statutory and regulatory requirements
• Prepare minutes and resolutions
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

The successful incumbent will be:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, or other related disciplines
• HKICS Associate Member
• At least 7 years company secretarial experience gained from financial institutions
• Experience in private equity or fund industries are preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
