Your Role:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining production machinery, supporting production processes with change overs, and restoring production flow when stops occur. You will have the opportunity to:
- Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
- Troubleshoot common issues on production lines
- Deliver shift targets including but not limited to OEE, Scrap, quality and safety
- Train and support team members in the assigned department
In this role, you will be vitally important to the manufacturing process and therefore the company as a whole. We need you to have:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use basic math and basic computer skills

- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Certified forklift operator
