Your new role In this role, you will manage activities relating to the design, implementation and maintenance of all employee equity and deferred cash plans across global areas. The role ensures efficient implementation of programs and processes that are commercially sound, appropriate to business needs and operate within Group policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
Manage the design and development of all employee equity programs, processes and documentation
Maintenance of employee share register, allocations, milestone audits and register audits
Monitor and manage risk and assurance requirements
Apply a continuous improvement approach with innovative, out of the box thinking
Create a culture of continuous improvement by liaising with senior stakeholders
Manage the relationship and quality of service delivery from external vendors
What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate you must have:
Strong executive remuneration/equity background
Understanding of managing vendors to deliver maximum return on investment
Strong experience working in Operational Risk at a senior level (line 1 or 2)
Highly analytical aligned to a service mindset that ensures effective and efficient delivery
Regulatory and risk experience
You must be motivated to drive change and influence stakeholders
