Your new company Innovative and forward-thinking insurance business has a Day Rate Contract available for a Product Owner (CRM and / or Complaints) on an initial 6 month basis.
Your new role The Product Owner will work on a complaints management system (CRM). Responsibilities
Enabling teams to activate end to end CRM and Complaints Management experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, that are more secure, robust and scalable than ever before, and deliver them with lightning speed.
Problem definition and validation; Solution definition and validation review; Managing and delivering product improvement;
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience as an Agile Product Owner on CRM and/or Complaints Management
Must have knowledge around business process escalation
FS/Insurance experience essential
Regulatory experience beneficial.
What you'll get in return This role is an initial 6 month day rate contract, with the opportunity for extensions.
