Attractive legal opportunities in a leading MNC Fund house, reporting to the Global head based in Europe. This position cover APAC regions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating and supporting the firm's funds' registrations in the APAC regions
  • Risk Monitoring and support regulatory issues among the regions
  • Drafting fund supplement documentation and ensure effective internal communications regarding fund registrations
  • Monitoring regulatory changes regarding fund registrations
  • Assist and monitor on going regulatory changes across the international distribution business
  • Ad hoc legal support to the regions
Job Requirements:
  • Post PQE 4-6 years or paralegal with experience working in the international investment management with fund registrations and regulatory exposure
  • Regional exposure would be advantages but not a must
  • Fluent in English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Team player and have can do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
