Position Category: Faculty Position Status: 10 Month Advertised Salary: $47,785 General Description: Niagara County Community College has a vacancy for a full-time, 10 month, tenure-track Industrial Technology Instructor position. This position is contained in the Division of Business, Technology & the Arts of the college. In addition to a full-time teaching load (18 hours of contact per semester) the selected candidate will be responsible for student advisement, curriculum and course development, and participation in college and departmental activities on campus throughout the year. Classes are held at NCCC’s main campus located in Sanborn, NY The start date of this position will be August 26th for the beginning of the Fall 2021 Semester. Typical Work Activities: Essential Functions: Ability to work with and teach a diverse student population. Ability to speak in front of groups of people. Must be able to communicate effectively with students, co-workers, supervisors, and the campus community. Must be able to develop, prepare, and present information. Must able to operate computers. Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position and must adjust any teaching to the Americans with Disabilities Act provisions.
