Hours: 10 Hour Shifts, Monday - Thursday JOB SUMMARY: This job is responsible for performing general ultrasound examinations at a technical level in accordance with department protocols and applicable regulatory requirements. An incumbent assumes responsibility for the safe, efficient and proper operation of ultrasound equipment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Sonographer Certification/Registry Required.
- American Heart Association “BLS” Provider Required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Recent completion of a twelve-month internship in diagnostic ultrasound or equivalent recent directly-related work experience.
